Bulk Edits to Plot Status

To change the status of multiple Plots at once, you can do so from the Plots or Maps page.

**WARNING**: Bulk edits should only be made by advanced users. Many bulk edits cannot be easily reversed, so please proceed with caution if you are not confident. If you have ANY question please feel free to reach out to Cemify Support before proceeding with a Bulk Edit.

From Plots Page

To change the status of multiple plots at once, you can filter by the status you want to change and do a bulk change of all those plots at once. 

For example, if you want to change all plots with ‘No Status’ or ‘Blank Status’ to ‘Available’. 


The step by step instructions to do that are as follows:

  1. Go to the Plots Page.

  1. Click the 'Filter' button on the left & then select ‘Plot Status’ from the list:



  1. Select the status under 'Plot Status' you want to change.  Then click the blue 'Filter' button on the top right.
    1. For example, you would select ‘No Status’ or ‘Blank’ if you want to change all plots marked as ‘No Status’ or ‘Blank’ as ‘Available’

  1. After the plots have been filtered by the status you want to change, you will select the box to the left of ‘PLOT’ to select all the plots listed at once.

  1. If you want to change the status of all plots listed, be sure to click ‘Select all plots’ if there are more than 30 plots included:

Alternatively, if you don't want to change the status of ALL the plots listed & instead only want certain plots changed: you can select certain plots by clicking the box to the left of the plot. As you select plots, the total will be listed at the top:


  1. After the correct plots are selected, Click the ‘Edit’ button on the right to edit all the plots selected:


  1. A window will pop up labeled 'Edit selected plots:'. In this window, select the status you want to change all the selected plots to from the drop down menu to the right of ‘Status’. 
    1. For example, you would select ‘Available’ if you wanted to mark all selected plots to ‘Available’:

  1. Finally, click the blue ‘Update plots’ button at the bottom of the window to make the bulk change. A green banner will appear at the top telling you the change is going into effect.

From Map Page

You can use the ‘Select Multiple Plots’ button to select multiple plots at once and change their status.

The step by step instructions to do that are as follows:

  1. Click the button with two check marks at the bottom left of the map. This is the ‘Select Multiple Plots’ button :

Tip: The button will change from White to Black when it has been selected:

  1. After that button has been selected, you can click on multiple plots. As you select plots, they will appear on a list to the left:


  1. If you want to remove one of the plots you selected (for example, if you selected a plot in error) simple press the ‘X’ to the right of the plot on the list:

Tip: If you change your mind and decide you no longer want any of the plots selected, simple press the ‘X’ button to the right of the search bar and that will unselect all the selected plots:


  1. After you have selected all the necessary plots, click the ‘Bulk Edit’ button.

Tip: You can also press the ‘New Sale’ or ‘New Owner’ buttons to

add all selected plots to a New Sale or to assign the same owner to all the plots


  1. A window will pop up labeled 'Edit selected plots', where you will select what edits you want to make to all these plots.
    1. For example, if you want to change the status of all the plots, you would use the drop down menu next to ‘Status’ and choose the status you want.

  1. Finally, click the blue ‘Update plots’ button at the bottom right of the window to complete the bulk edit. A green banner will appear at the top telling you the change is going into effect.
